Guarantee & Refunds
We offer a number of guarantees which include our seven day “is it right for me” guarantee. This guarantee period commences from the first scheduled day of the group training, whether you able attend in-person or not. Should you not wish to continue you can request a full, 100% refund of the fee including GST, excluding any bank charges that you may have incurred. To cancel simply provide your request in email. Until we confirm receipt of your email request has not been accepted and the guarantee not applicable. Should you cancel any materials and content provided to you within the first seven days are yours to keep.
Payments & Fees
You will not incur any payment processing fees or charges above the published fees. Any payment processing fees or charges incurred by us will not be deducted from any amount refunded.
